Returns and Refunds

We will happily exchange any item providing the item is, unused in its original packaging (with all swing tags still attached)
We do not offer refunds unless the item is found to have a manufacturing defect.

To return an item to us for exchange just follow these simple steps:

1. Contact us and let us know that you're returning a product to us. Please quote your reason for the return.

2. Upon receipt of your return request we will send you details of how the goods need to be returned.

Please ensure the item is in its original packaging and unused.

If you are asked to post the goods back to us it's a good idea to obtain proof of posting. We regret that no exchange can be guaranteed unless proof of purchase is supplied to us. Please note that you'll be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we've delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. We can't issue exchanges for goods that don't reach us.

This exchange policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

International Orders

We will ship to the following EEA countries only.

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg,
Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

We will also ship to the United States,Canada,Australia and New Zealand.

All International shipments are subject to additional postage charges.

Orders to European countries outside of the U.K. attract a 10% surcharge to cover extra shipping costs involved.

Orders to USA/Canada/Australia/New Zealand attract a 15% surcharge to cover extra shipping costs involved.
